Starting today, June 21, 2025, at 6:00 PM PST, these systems will be temporarily unavailable. This downtime is necessary to allow us to migrate and enhance our servers, moving them to a newly upgraded environment. This upgrade requires careful configuration and internal testing to ensure optimal performance and to more efficiently handle increased user volume.
VCLive and VC Health systems are crucial for processing online transactions for our valued members and partner providers (hospitals and clinics), and we understand the importance of their continuous operation.
We anticipate the downtime to last approximately 1–2 days. Our target for restoring access is June 22, 2025, at approximately 11:00 PM PST. Once the migration is complete, both systems will resume full operation on the upgraded server environment.
